The Lion's Den men's group is committed to building Friendship & Mission. We have been studying and talking about the Masculine Journey, the different stages of a Man's life, and also discussed other issues men face. This is our third year of ministry, so some of the men who have been with us from the start were honored. Shane, Mark, Scott, Juan and Enrique were honored with a "Wild at Heart" sword. It was special night of initiation, masculinity is bestowed. We also have a logo and a pledge thanks to Mike for the work he did on this project. We will be taking the summer months of June, July and August off. The Men's group will be planning some outings and service work. We again will sponsor a self-defense workshop.
